What do you do when your landlord basically forces you to move out? You go viral on the internet by posting a hilarious video! That’s exactly what actor Sandy Batchelor did. In the video, he listed all the problems that the apartment he’s being forced out of has, from mold on the ceilings and problematic appliances to wacky doors. And let’s not forget the rat and the ghost problems.

Sandy is originally from Kinross, in Scotland, and he’s being kicked out of his rented apartment in Catford, in South London.

According to the actor, his letting agent wanted him to help them find his replacement by filming a video. So he put his spin on it and told the world the truth in the video that got more than 6.8 million views on Twitter. It also got 349.3k likes and 79.2k retweets and caught the attention of the media, especially in the UK.

Some of the other problems that Sandy had to deal with living in this apartment include having garbage bins just outside the living room window (imagine the smell in Summer), crooked shelves, a fireplace that doesn’t work, and a kitchen extractor fan that’s almost as loud as a jet.

The actor also posted hilarious signs all over the apartment saying how the new tenants would hate it here and warning them of the ghost that’s supposedly haunting the place. It’s no wonder that Sandy’s doing this: the dryer doesn’t work properly, the doors are busted, the floor’s uneven. Absolutely anyone would lose patience having to live here.

He’s even planning to take all the plants in the garden with him when he leaves because he and his flatmates were the ones responsible for cleaning the backyard up. The garden also has three separate fences and they make the place look ramshackle—you wouldn’t think that this was in London if you didn’t know.

Sandy still hasn’t lost his sense of humor even though he has to move out. He uploaded a video where he filmed a ‘thieving’ squirrel sliding down a bird feeder that he greased.
