Biden claimed he personally spoke to the man who invented insulin.

According to the GOP’s rapid response team, 4 men are credited with discovering insulin.

Those co-discoverers died in 1935, 1941, 1965 and 1978.

Four scientists credited with discovering insulin: Frederick Banting, Charles Best, John Macleod, and James Collip.

Macleod and Banting both died before Joe Biden was born.
