Joe Biden on Friday traveled to New Albany, Ohio for the groundbreaking ceremony for a new intel semi-conductor factory complex.

Biden promoted the CHIPS and Science Act at the groundbreaking ceremony.

79-year-old Joe Biden only spoke for about 15 minutes and he still barely made it through his remarks.

At one point Joe Biden rambled about the construction of the property: “They’re gonna dig down 60 feet. Ten football fields long – they’re gonna make that all cement, they’re gonna use that as the basis to build on because you need security… you need stability for what.. and then you’re gonna build up stories beyond, I mean this is incredible!” 

The US is currently in a recession because of Joe Biden’s anti-American policies and vaccine mandates.

Gas prices are high because of Joe Biden’s war on domestic energy production.

Inflation rates are high because of Joe Biden’s outrageous spending bills.

But Joe Biden says America is leading the way.

“America is back and America is leading the way!” Biden shouted.
