Here’s Why We Might Be Getting A Whole Lot More ‘LGBTQ-Identifying’ Illegal Aliens

Democrats in Congress are concerned that President Joe Biden’s immigration policies are too tough — a claim that’s laughable in and of itself — and now they have introduced legislation to protect “vulnerable persons” from being detained by federal authorities in immigration detention facilities. People who meet the definition of “vulnerable persons” under the bill include anybody who says they’re part of the LGBTQ crowd.

On Friday, Fox News reported that Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) introduced “The Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act.” Jayapal is the representative who said that America survives thanks to illegal alien cleaning ladies, and Booker is the guy who dubbed himself Spartacus — so right off the bat we’re not dealing with the brightest in the bunch. Dozens of their colleagues have sponsored the bill.

Fox noted that if the bill becomes law, then the Department of Homeland Security would be barred under a “special rule” from detaining “vulnerable persons and primary caregivers” unless authorities can prove that it is “unreasonable or not practicable to place the alien in a community-based supervision program.”

That would include anybody under the age of 21 or over the age of 60, pregnant, or somebody who “identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or intersex.”

Well, anybody with a brain can see that if this bill becomes law, millions of illegal aliens would tell authorities that they identify as LGBTQ. What could be easier than saying “I am part of the LGBTQ crowd that must be affirmed in every way possible” if it meant access into the country? It is remarkably difficult to prove if somebody is lying about that, and under the proposed bill anyone making that claim would be very difficult to detain.

So essentially, this bill is catch and release on steroids, but Jayapal says it is needed “to restore humanity and dignity to the immigration system” and to combat the “for-profit immigration detention system.”

What it will likely wind up doing is supercharging the “for-profit” human trafficking system, often run by cartels, that smuggles illegal aliens across the border.

Here’s the ultimate kicker, those with”limited English proficiency” may also meet the definition of vulnerable persons.

So, if you’re from a non-English speaking country, as many illegal aliens are, then your best bet to get over the border without being detained is to pretend that you don’t speak a lick of the English language and that you identify as LGBTQ. And remember, since gender is ever-changing, according to the Left, you can change your mind the next day.
