Joe Biden is considering announcing a “national public health emergency” if Roe v Wade is overturned by the US Supreme Court in the coming days.

This authoritarian move by the Biden regime would allegedly help women in red states obtain abortions despite the court ruling and the laws of the state.

Can you even imagine of President Trump would have suggested such abuse by the executive branch?

Barricades were quickly erected at the Supreme Court in May after Politico reported on a leaked draft decision overturning Roe v. Wade, the 1973 ruling that legalized abortion in the United States. An hour after the Politico report was published a small group of protesters with candles had gathered outside the court.

The leak happened to coincide with the release of the documentary “2000 Mules” that proved the 2020 election was stolen by a network of leftist ballot traffickers in the battleground states.

The leftist leaker has still not been apprehended by investigators after the historic breach of trust.

Leftists have illegally protested outside of the homes of the conservative SCOTUS justices. One you leftist was caught on his way to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh and his family at home late at night in the DC area.

On Monday, leftists marched to the US Supreme Court in their latest attempt to influence the SCOTUS justices.

The New York Times reported:

President Biden’s top aides are weighing whether he can or should take a series of executive actions to help women in Republican-controlled states obtain abortions if the Supreme Court eliminates a woman’s right to end her pregnancy, according to senior administration officials.

Some of the ideas under consideration include declaring a national public health emergency, readying the Justice Department to fight any attempt by states to criminalize travel for the purpose of obtaining an abortion, and asserting that Food and Drug Administration regulations granting approval to abortion medications pre-empt any state bans, the officials said.

Since a draft opinion was leaked last month indicating that the Supreme Court was prepared to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision — an action that would prompt at least 20 states to prohibit or severely curtail access to abortion — abortion rights advocates have been lobbying the White House to take extraordinary steps to mitigate the effect.
