There were fireworks today in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, an 18-yr-old Illinois resident charged with killing two individuals and wounding another.
During Rittenhouse’s testimony, Judge Bruce Schroeder lashed out at Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger.
Rittenhouse attorney Mike Richards objected when ADA Binger questioned why the 18-year-old decided to remain silent after the Kenosha shooting incident that left two dead and one injured, hooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
“I was astonished when you began your examination by commenting on the defendant’s post-arrest silence,” Schroeder shouted. “That’s basic law. It’s been basic law in this country for 40 or 50 years,” he said, adding, “I don’t know what you’re up to.”
The judge admonished Binger, “You’re an experienced trial lawyer, and this should not have been gone into.”
Holy f**cking shit the judge just completely snapped at the Kyle Rittenhouse prosector:

While answering preliminary questions about the fatal shooting of Joseph Rosenbaum, the 18-yr-old Rittenhouse explained how he was ambushed, “The person that attacked me first threatened to kill me twice,” Rittenhouse said.
Rittenhouse explained that the first time Rosenbaum tried to kill him. “Mr. Rosenbaum was walking with steel chain and he had a blue mask around his face, and he was just mad about something.”
In his trial on Wednesday, Kyle Rittenhouse said he was threatened by Joseph Rosenbaum, the first man he fatally shot during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Aug. 25, 2020. Rittenhouse is charged in the shooting of three men, two of whom died. https://t.co/1hMZ7nvAzD pic.twitter.com/X9lQReGNWm

Joseph Rosenbaum, who was rioting with BLM terrorists was a convicted child sex offender.
Wisconsin Right Now reports – Newly released Joseph Rosenbaum sex offender documents obtained by Wisconsin Right Now from the Pima County (Arizona) Clerk of Courts confirm Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.
Rosenbaum also had open misdemeanor cases for battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).
All three of the men who were shot by Rittenhouse have criminal histories. Rosenbaum’s is arguably the most relevant because, video and eyewitnesses show, he was the instigator that night. He was seen acting aggressively and using a racial slur in a gas station parking lot and pushing a burning dumpster (a witness and video show Rittenhouse used a fire extinguisher to help put it out). The criminal complaint against Rittenhouse says Rosenbaum threw a plastic bag and tried to grab the teenager’s gun.
