Who is the genius mind behind these funny road signs? It’s none other than Vince Rozmiarek, a Colorado native and a volunteer at the Indian Hills Community Center. Five years ago, he made a road sign that was intended to be a prank on April Fools. With the intention of slowing down speedsters on the road, he came up with a brilliant joke through a sign.
