Well that's how it appears in one heartwarming video posted on Friday that shows folks from one New York neighborhood dancing to 'Get off My Cloud' by the Rolling Stones.  

'The neighborhood social distancing dance party in Buffalo is LIT,' shared Anna Solzenburg, who posted the video on Friday.

Buffalo residents could be seen busting a move as they danced to 'Gey off My Cloud' by the Rolling Stones in a video that was shared on Friday evening

Solzenburg told the Dailymail.com that she stumbled on the scene while walking to her home.

She said: 'I stumbled upon it on a walk one day near my house, and found out they do it every day at 5:30 pm! They have a playlist ready and blast the music from the second story of their house.' 

In the brief clip, several older residents can be seen dancing on a balcony as another woman struts her stuff down the street. 

The camera woman pans across the street to show all the bystanders amazed by the spectacle.

Various people can be seen with their phones out filming the dancing as others do a little two step to the music. 

The clip comes to a close as people continue dancing on the sidewalk. Solzenburg shared that she participated in the dancing because the 'energy was infectious.'

People were amazed in the video comments, while others worried if the residents were practicing the best social distancing techniques.

The video offered a light moment for these New Yorkers, who have found themselves in the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States. 

'It was awesome,' the woman said. 'You really felt a sense of community and lightness during what's been a strange time.' 

As of Monday morning, there were 142,000 cases of coronavirus in the US and 2,500 people had died.

Since the outbreak reached American shores, more than 1,000 New York State residents have died after being infected, according to local health officials.

As of Sunday night, there were a total of 59,513 confirmed cases across the state.
