The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department has released body camera footage of a deputy fatally shooting a man with a cleaver who was claiming to be the Antichrist.

Suspect Kenneth Scott Wallis had an active felony arrest warrant at the time of the incident.

Wallis was stopped by the deputy at approximately 3:30 p.m. on November 12 while riding his bike on the wrong side of the road.

In the footage, which was released on Tuesday, the officer can be heard asking the suspect if he had any weapons, to which he replied that he did.

After telling the deputy that he is armed, Wallis can be seen bending over. The deputy shouts “don’t touch it.”

“I’m putting the kickstand down, bro. I’m [the] Antichrist,” Wallace tells the deputy.

At this point, Wallis reaches into his pockets as the deputy pulls out his gun.

The deputy can be heard warning Wallis not to take out his weapon, prompting the suspect to shout, “shoot me, then, motherf-cker.”

A shouting match ensues, and the suspect claims he is being harassed by the Sheriff’s Department.

Wallis attempts to get back on his bike to ride away, but the deputy shoves him off.

“Alright mother f-cker. What’s up, G,” Wallis says while getting up.

The deputy pulls out a baton and Wallis appears to pull a meat cleaver from his own pocket.

At this point, the deputy fires the fatal shot.

The deputy attempted to provide aid to Wallis until paramedics arrived, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to a report from Fox 11, the Riverside County District Attorney’s office is investigating the shooting, along with assistance from the Sheriff’s Department’s Force Investigation Detail and the Central Homicide Unit.
