Rep. Lauren Boebert has come to the defense of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene following her personal account being permanently banned from Twitter.

Rep. Boebert vowed that there will be “accountability” after Republicans win the midterms.

“Twitter permanently suspended a sitting US President. They’ve now permanently suspended a sitting member of US Congress. Of course, both from the same party,” Boebert wrote. “They forget that in 2022 we are taking back the House and we WILL be holding them accountable!”

Greene’s personal account was permanently banned on Sunday for posting Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The platform claimed it was Greene’s fifth “strike” for spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”

Greene responded on GETTR and Telegram writing, “I’ll show America we don’t need them and it’s time to defeat our enemies.”

“When Maxine Waters can go to the streets and threaten violence on Twitter, Kamala and Ilhan can bail out rioters on Twitter, and Chief spokesman for terrorist IRGC can tweet mourning Soleimani but I get suspended for tweeting VAERS statistics, Twitter is an enemy to America and can’t handle the truth,” Greene’s statement said. “That’s fine, I’ll show America we don’t need them and it’s time to defeat our enemies.”
