A majority of white women without college degrees still believe that Donald Trump did not lose the 2020 election by a legitimate vote in a new poll, showing that cries of Stop the Steal continue to resonate around the country.
The survey, conducted between November 14 and 16 by The Economist/YouGov poll, asked 339 white women without college degrees and 209 degree-holding white women whether Joe Biden 'legitimately won the election, or not?'
There were 51 percent of white women without college degrees who answered no, compared with just 29 percent of college-educated white women who said Trump was robbed, pollsters found.
The poll also showed that 10 percent of non-college educated white women thought it was 'very likely' and another 8 percent felt it was 'somewhat likely' that Trump would be reinstated before the end of the year, compared to just 9 percent of college-educated white women who thought the scenario was possible.

Of nearly 1,500 polled in the Economist study, 95 percent of Democrats and 61 percent of Independents said that Biden bested Trump legitimately in the election. Only 23 percent of Republican respondents, across genders and levels of education, conceded that the election's results were legitimate.
Similar splits presented themselves when respondents were separated by their 2020 election pick or their ideological leanings.
But among non-political designations - gender, race, age, income and region - only white women without college degrees featured a majority that believed Biden had 'stolen' the election.

In an earlier Economist/YouGov poll, conducted in October, 13 percent of Republicans across genders and education levels surveyed said it was 'very likely' that Trump would be reinstated as President before the year's end.
Trump suggested at a rally in Perry, Georgia that he may be reinstated as President this year due to what he characterized as 'tremendous' voter fraud when he was asked when 'America would get President Trump back.'
'Well we're going to see,' Trump responded. 'There's been tremendous voter fraud. And it's being revealed on a daily basis and we'll see what happens.'
