IT’S NOT OVER!..New VA Law Allows Absentee Mail-In Ballots With Nov 2 Date To Be Counted Until FRIDAY...Ballots Missing Postmarks Can STILL Be Counted

Anyone watching the election results coming in from Virginia saw Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin take an early lead and maintain his lead throughout the night.

Democrats like Barack Obama, Stacey Abrams, Kamala Harris, and Joe Biden pulled out all of the stops to help Clinton bestie Terry McAuliffe win his bid to once again become Virginia’s governor.

After spending his final weeks on the campaign trail trashing parents and their rights to play an active role in their children’s education, Democrat darling Terry McAuliffe took a nosedive in the polls in the final days before the election.

By midnight on November 5, it appeared that Democrats had no path to victory in Virginia. And then, Fox News host Martha McCallum reminded viewers that no one knows how many mail-in absentee ballots have not yet been received in Virginia. McCallum explained how a new VA law allows a mail-in absentee ballot to be counted through Friday at noon so long as it is postmarked on or before Election Day.

In August, the State Board of Elections added a regulation specifying that ballots missing postmarks should also be counted so long as they meet the Friday deadline.

That ruling was challenged by the Republican Party of Virginia and the conservative Public Interest Legal Foundation, which argued on behalf of a local GOP chair and election official, respectively, that the Board had overstepped its authority.

Judge William Eldridge IV ruled that a ballot that is signed by a voter on or before Election Day can be counted even if its postmark is illegible, upholding one element of the Board’s new rule. It can also be counted if it’s missing a postmark, but the Intelligent Mail Barcode from USPS shows it was mailed on or before Election Day.

Remember in November 2020 when Americans went to bed believing Trump had won re-election? We all know what happened the next day. Never underestimate the power of Democrats hell-bent on winning elections.

Fox News host Bill Hemmer is also suggesting that Democrat stronghold Fairfax County is still not fully accounted for in their reporting.
