The governor of Florida has accused Joe Biden of having blood on his hands for flying undocumented migrants to his state after one them lied to stay in the country and then murdered a man in Jacksonville.
Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, 24, told immigration officials that he was 17. As a result, he was allowed to stay in the country.
On October 7 he was arrested in Jacksonville, having arrived in Florida around two months earlier, and charged with the murder of 46-year-old Francisco Javier Cuellar, with whom he lived.
Ulloa called Cuellar his uncle, although it is unclear if they were biologically related.
It was also unclear how Ulloa got to Florida, but Ron DeSantis, the governor, has suggested that Ulloa was brought to the state on a controversial migrant flight, sending immigrants away from the border and inland into the country.
'They don't tell us when these flights are coming in,' said DeSantis, speaking on Wednesday night to Fox News host Sean Hannity.

'These are the flights coming in at 2am.
'Unfortunately there was a tragic situation.
'One of the illegals that Biden flew in committed a murder in Florida recently.
'That individual who died would be alive had Biden not been doing this.
'So this is really serious stuff.'

Earlier on Wednesday DeSantis tore into Biden's 'clandestine' flights reportedly bringing undocumented migrants to Florida and threatened to send those people to Biden's home state of Delaware.
He also condemned Biden's 'absurd' double standard in raising concern over the recent migrant crisis on the border between Poland and Belarus while staying silent on the US's own southwest border, in a separate statement to DailyMail.com.
Reports that migrants are being flown in to Jacksonville, Florida and other US destinations in the middle of the night surfaced last month on the city's local News 4 Jax.
'So, here's what happens with these flights - there's no notification to the state of Florida. They're done mostly in the middle of the night, and it's clandestine, and we really have no say into it,' DeSantis said on Wednesday at his press conference.
The Republican governor warned: 'My view would be, if they're going to come here, you know, we'll provide buses and provide them. I will send them to Delaware.
'If [Biden's] not going to support the border being secured, then he should be able to have everyone there.'
He claimed the flights began as early as May and are still continuing.
'You have an open border in violation of US law. The president has said that basically they even want to pay reparations to people that came illegally,' he added referencing recent reports that the Biden administration is looking at paying $450,000 to migrants separated at the border under Donald Trump.

'The fact of the matter is, this border should be secured. We know what to do because it was working prior to Biden seeking office,' DeSantis said.
'But we're going to work with the folks in Jacksonville.'
Over the last year there have been 1.7 million migrants encountered at the southwest border, a troubling record for an administration that promised a more 'humane' approach to the border compared to Trump's more severe policies.

'Biden has responded by using our tax dollars to subsidize their charter flights and bus rides throughout the US, and to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to illegal migrants who violated our borders under the previous administration,' DeSantis' office told DailyMail.com.
'Without the Biden Administration’s open-border policy and consequent record-breaking influx of illegal migration this year, Ulloa might not have been so easily able to stroll across an international border under a fake name posing as a minor,' DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw told DailyMail.com.
Pushaw said Ulloa 'arrived on a Biden Administration flight using a fake name and birth date, pretending to be an unaccompanied minor, though he is in fact 24 years old.'
DeSantis also accused Biden of a double standard in his comparably responsive reaction to a burgeoning crisis thousands of miles away in Eastern Europe.

She also indicated the US would be supportive of the EU widening its existing sanctions against Belarus levied over human rights abuses.

'It is absurd that Biden can express concern about a border halfway across the world, while he turns a blind eye to the illegal migration crisis in our own backyard.'
