Dem Reconciliation Bill Would Protect Illegal Aliens Who Commit Crimes Like Domestic Violence, Assaulting a Police Officer, Manslaughter From Deportation, Make Them Eligible For AMNESTY

Since March, at least 160,000 illegal immigrants have been released into the U.S., often with little to no supervision, by the Biden administration, including a broad use of limited parole authorities to make more than 30,000 eligible for work permits since August, Border Patrol documents obtained by Fox News reveal.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported 80,730 illegals in 2018 for drunk driving, the majority of them Mexicans.

CA woman killed by drunk driver Estuardo Alvarado was a 5-time deported illegal alien.

Thanks to its proximity to Mexico, Texas leads the nation in fatal drunk driving accidents, including those involving a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or greater — nearly double the legal limit. In 2014, young Latinos were responsible for about one-third of all DUI accidents in Houston — 535 — though they made up only 8 percent of the population.

CIS- In a March 2011 report titled “Criminal Alien Statistics, Information on Incarcerations, Arrests, and Costs,” the Government Accountability Office (GAO) estimated, based on a random sample it had performed, that the criminal aliens it studied had an “average of 7 arrests, 65 percent were arrested at least once for an immigration offense, and about 50 percent were arrested at least once for a drug offense.” This means that of the criminal aliens GAO studied, the average alien who had been arrested at least once was arrested seven times; simply put, criminal aliens generally commit other crimes.

In October 2021, Breitbart News reported about an illegal alien accused of killing a 5-year-old girl in a hit-and-run drunk driving crash in Polk County, Florida.

Ernesto Lopez Morales, a 32-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and drunk driving manslaughter, among other charges, after the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said he hit and killed a 5-year-old girl in a crash.

Now, in a stunning report by the Washington Free Beacon, it’s being reported, the Democratic budget reconciliation bill would protect illegal immigrants who committed crimes such as manslaughter and domestic violence from deportation and make them eligible for amnesty, according to Republican Senate offices and former immigration officials.

That analysis, which was shared with the Washington Free Beacon, listed six potential crimes, such as domestic violence and assault and battery, that courts have found do not constitute CIMTs. An appeals court found in 2009, for example, that some instances of reckless assault of a minor should not be considered a CIMT. A New York court in 2005 found that assaulting a police officer was not necessarily a CIMT because, according to the judge’s opinion, the crime might constitute “the mildest form of intentional resistance” that would not “denote moral depravity.”
