An unvaccinated Capitol riot suspect and Proud Boys members was blasted by a federal judge for chewing through his masks during his arrest and then refused to wear one before his pretrial hearings.

Daniel Goodwyn allegedly chewed through at least five masks that the FBI gave him during his arrest in January and spit them out and then refused to wear one during a pretrial hearing in June.

In a virtual hearing Friday, US District Judge Reggie Walton said, 'We have a virus that is killing people. Why is it so hard to wear a mask?'

Goodwyn said because it 'stresses [him] out' and he doesn't believe masks reduced virus transmission.

Judge Walton snapped back like a rubber band: 'When did you go to medical school, sir? Do you have a medical degree?'

Goodwyn’s mother said her son saw an autism specialist and she believes he has Asperger’s syndrome, but Walton said he wants proof but delayed issuing the arrest warrant.

Goodwyn is one of at least 552 defendants who have been charged in connection with the January 6 violence at the Capitol and 27 have pleaded guilty, according to CBS News

All but six pleaded guilty to misdemeanors, CBS News reported.

The FBI is still looking to identify and arrest more than 300 more suspects who are accused of committing violent crimes, including over 200 who assaulted police officers.

On Tuesday, several law enforcement officers gave emotional testimonies during a select committee hearing where they described how they feared the rioters would kill them and criticized the treatment of their colleagues.

Harry Dunn, a Capitol Police Sergeant, said he was called the n-word more than a dozen times. He described one moment where he said he engaged with rioters after one told him that nobody had voted for Joe Biden.

Officer Daniel Hodges said, 'To my perpetual confusion, I saw the thin blue line flag, the symbol of support for law enforcement, more than once being carried by the terrorists as they ignored our demands and continued to assault us.'

Former President Donald Trump referred to some of the officers who fought the MAGA mob on January 6 as 'p***ies' and believes they're being exploited by his political enemies, a new report in The Daily Beast claims

The Beast reports that in private discussions this summer, the ex-president has told people close to him that the outspoken police officers seem 'broke[n]' by the events of January 6.

Trump then suggested that they don't display the normal toughness associated with law enforcement officers who support the former president.

Three sources told The Beast that Trump has alleged that these police officers are allowing themselves to be used as political pawns by Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi - or are Democrats themselves.

The sources also said that Trump has expressed pity for the police officers - but because he believes they're being exploited by the Democrats.
