LET ME explain.
Every year Alaska sends out money to individuals. The money is based on land resources and value of minerals and oil at the end of every year.
In other words a lot of people will argue that the state government has taken a lot of the money away from them.
I know people are struggling and need help.
Alaska State is running hard in debt and if we do dip in the reserves even more we will be heading to the race to the bottom.
