They’re really going with the ‘Biden was just resting his eyes’ defense.

Joe Biden appeared to doze off for 30 seconds during his Oval Office meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Friday.

Biden met with the Israeli Prime Minister on Friday in his only public event for the day.

At one point during the meeting, Biden dropped his head down and appeared to be asleep as Bennett spoke about the friendship between the US and Israel.

The so-called ‘fact-checkers’ immediately sprung into action and defended Joe Biden.

“VERDICT: Misleading. A clip saying Joe Biden fell asleep while in a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has been misleadingly cropped. Longer versions show Biden continues the conversation right after this moment.” Reuters fact-checkers said.
