Trump Supporter Sued By Biden Campaign Staffers For Violating 1871 KKK Act After Escorting Biden Bus Out of Town — Vows to Fight Back and Launches GiveSendGo

As Democrats arduously conspire to incriminate Donald Trump for the fifth year, the former president’s supporters now stand in the wrath of an all-encompassing radical left-wing government.

Smeared with an impeachment farce immediately after he was exonerated from the Russia collusion hoax, Trump cautioned, “They are not after me, they’re after you.”

With Democrats in complete control of the government following the illegitimate 2020 election, the writing is on the wall.

Conservatives not only longer routinely endure attacks from Antifa, Black Lives Matter and domestic terrorists for daring to wear a MAGA hat or the American flag, establishment politicians are intent on shaming them to the poorhouse or the big house.

Trump supporters who surrounded a Biden-Harris campaign bus with American flags and Trump banners while driving on a Texas highway last October are now facing a legal battle waged by Biden campaign staffers who claim their protest is voter intimidation and a violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871.

The lawsuit accuses Eliazar Cisneros, a driver of the “Trump Train” who trailed the Biden bus in a grey pickup truck and MAGA flag, of trying to run the Biden bus off the road.

Footage of the incident reveals the driver of the white vehicle driving in two lanes while following the Biden tour bus and weaved between vehicles before colliding into Cisnero’s truck.

As a slew of Trump supporters enveloped the Biden bus with Trump flags, a woman recording the foul play warns the driver of the white car caused an accident on the road while pacing with the bus prior to colliding into Cisneros, but continued to recklessly drive.

“That white car has been swerving at all these cars,” she exclaims. “That white car is the one swerving into people taking up two lanes and swerving into people. That white car is taking up two lanes and swerving. That car has been taking up two lanes and caused an accident already. That is not a police car.

“Oh my God — this car is trying to get in! That’s the car that’s with the bus. California plates. This stupid car swerved into that truck. That car swerved into this truck.”

Cisnero followed a masked man driving the white truck for approximately ninety minutes from Austin to San Antonio until he lost sight of him and has yet to uncover the driver’s identity.

Hours after his brush with the team Biden, Biden’s allies in the establishment press echoed his campaign’s account of the incident and Cisnero’s inboxes became were inundated with hate-filled messages and death threats.

Exorbitant legal fees required to fight top Democrat attorneys in court may result in the loss of his house, truck and livelihood, but Cisnero is determined to fight back.

“We are going to do the same thing that Democrats have been calling for since Trump’s been in office. We are going to fight, fight and fight and fight. We are not going to let them push us around,” he told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview.

They claim the MAGA fans violated the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 – a policy which ‘prohibits groups of people from banding together or to go in disguise upon the public highways, or upon the premises of another with the intention of violating citizens’ constitutional rights.’

Hannah Ceh, Joeylynn Mesaros, Robert Mesaros and Dolores Park, as well as one Jane Doe and one John Doe are also listed as defendants in court documents.

The hypocrisy of the anti-police Democrat campaign staffers, who even called 9/11 as the Trump Train drove by, runs thick, Cisneros argued.

“It’s funny because Democrats are using a Republican-made law to sue Republicans. Bring it,” he said. “The 1871 KKK Act was used to protect black voters, anybody that was voting Republican” from the KKK, the insurrectionist arm of the Democrat party, Democrats burned houses, burned crosses to keep people from voting Republican, which sounds very reminiscent of what’s happening today. Democrats didn’t like that back then and they don’t like it now.”

Cisnero launched a crowdfunding campaign on GiveSendGo to raise money to hire a team of lawyers.

“We are countersuing and anybody that donates, I need phone numbers. I want to know who they are because if we win our countersuit and it’s a substantial one — if it makes some money — I want to pay everyone back and thank them for helping me,” he said. “We are being sued by 14 lawyers. It is going to be tough – I don’t know what I am going to do with my house. I am talking to a law firm. I am trying to ensure that they are Republican. They really don’t want to give me an answer,” he said. “I just don’t feel safe with any type of counsel. I need Republican counsel, somebody that is really going to  have my interests and the interests of the other parties being sued because I just don’t trust them.”

But even with the best attorneys, at this point the justice system can be trusted as much as the broken electoral system, Cisnero contends.

“Unfortunately, in the justice system, it’s the people with the most money who typically win and they’re bringing it to us. We couldn’t trust the courts when even Trump was the president – that’s when it got exposed. It’s going to suck if we go to court with a Democratic judge, a left-leaning judge – it’s not going to be about justice, it’s going to be about party and we are not going to get a fair shake,” he said. “We can trust each other. That’s all we have. It’s going to take us some time, but I think we’ll get back to where we need to be.”
