This is the disturbing moment a suspected domestic abuser live streamed himself telling a little boy to put a plastic bag over his sobbing victim's head.

The abuser, named by police as Edward Moore, 42, snapped: 'Put that bag on that b****'s head and tie it up. She can't breathe. Put it over her head as tight as you can and make sure she can't get out of it!'

Moments earlier, the little boy appeared to try and put the shopping bag over the crying woman's head, but was unable to do so. She was working on a little girl's hair at the time of the incident, which was filmed on Monday in Prichard, Alabama.

Moore is said to have flown into a rage after the woman said she couldn't breathe, and said : 'Do you want this to help you breathe until the meat wagon gets here? It'll help you breath until the coroner get here,' while gesturing with a plastic bag, which he then gave to the child, before barking instructions about what to do with it.

The suspected abuser was angry at his victim for calling police on him, it is alleged.

Several times throughout the clip the woman can be heard exclaiming how she can't breathe while the man behind the camera can be heard narrating the abuse, which prompted concern among people watching it unfold live on social media.

'She's fixing to die in front of her children. I'll make my son pull the trigger.'

Moore then goes on claiming to be upset after the woman called the police after a separate incident that occurred earlier in the week.

'Yesterday, my family act a fool. My girl got into it, went in my car. Stole my dope, my weed, and my pills. She called the law on me,' Moore said.

Despite the threat of a weapon, there was no shooting involved.

Moore is then said to have strangled the woman and beaten her with a chair off-camera, before fleeing.

Moore was arrested on Thursday night on charges of assault and domestic violence after a portion of the video was shown by local television station NBC 15. He was back out on bond just 54 minutes after being arrested.

'She is okay. She is staying with a family member at this time,' said Cpl. Horace Jackson with the Mobile Police said Thursday of the woman shown in the video.

Cops have revealed how Moore strangled the woman and beat her with a chair after the camera had been switched off.

'[He] slapped her in the face with an open fist,' said Jackson. 'She was upset, and she was very scared, and she feared for her life.'

Moore was arrested by Mobile Police again on Friday, this time for drug possession.

He appears to be a regular at Mobile Metro Jail having been booked 18 times in 23 years with charges for domestic violence and harassment.

'It disgusted me. No child should be subjected to that situation,' said Police Chief Walter Knight.

'He has been a menace. Dealing with domestic violence and other misdemeanor offenses,' Knight added.
