A very sexy New York City apartment listing has left some locals confused, after the real estate broker advertised the one-bedroom, one-bathroom rental as a place where residents can 'romp & play, all night.'

The Upper West Side apartment was listed on Street Easy last month, but garnered more notice when a Redditor shared a screenshot of the description this week.

According to the original text of the listing, the $2,500-per-month apartment has large closets 'in which you can hide from your very, naughty playmate,' a big living room for 'communal games,' and 'glaring sunlight' that isn't good for the 'walk of shame.'

The galley kitchen is wide enough to fit a small table and chairs, the bedroom is filled with natural light — and feminine decor — and the living room is neat and tidy.

The broker, however, has since updated the description, removing any mention of 'naughty playmates' and romps — perhaps after seeing a screengrab of it earn attention on Reddit.  

'Lol wtf. Maybe one of the agents sent it to another as a joke, and they pasted it before actually reading it,' one commenter wrote. 'Otherwise, I think I’d be too nervous of what a black light would find to rent that place!'

'COVID making agents thirsty af,' joked another, while a third wrote: 'Some niche marketing.'
