According to the affidavit, the rape happened on April 3 at an apartment complex on Whitaker Drive.
According to the report, Allen Dixon called the victim to the top of the steps of the complex to meet several other men she knew.
That’s when Elijah Johnson grabbed her and held her by the arms while Dixon raped her, police say.
The report says that a 14-year-old witness heard screaming and tried to get to the top of the steps.
Police say Eric Hughes attempted to stop the witness from getting through, but they eventually got through.
The witness told police that after they got through, they saw Dixon and Johnson pulling up their pants, according to the report.
Dixon and Johnson both face aggravated rape charges and Hughes is facing a facilitation of aggravated rape charge.
All three will have a video arraignment on Monday.
