This is the horrific moment a racist woman launched racial slurs at a New York City receptionist who refused to let her upstairs without an ID.

The video starts with receptionist, Linda Shell, telling Michelle Rajacic that she needs to present an ID before she can allow her to go upstairs at the City Club Hotel.

According to Shell, the woman walked into the hotel demanding a room key when she asked her for her photo identification.  

'I have my f**king ID you f**king piece of sh*t,' Rajacic yells, prompting Shell to say: 'Ma'am that is not an ID.'

'F**k off you f**king a**hole. Welcome to your f**king world. You just work here. I'm paying you for your f**king job. 

'You're not paying me. All I need is an ID,' Shell is heard saying as Rajacic calls her the N-word. 

'You f**king dirty, raunchy skank,' Rajacic fires at Shell.  

Shell then responds: 'You can call me whatever you want ma'am without an ID I am not letting you upstairs.'

Rajacic then approaches the woman and slams her Visa card on the counter, saying: 'Here's my ID. There's my name you f**king dirty f**king hood rat.'

'Ma'am your credit card is not considered ID,' Shell says to her.  

'No it's just my f**king name and it's on the f**king room. I know your f**king ghetto a** may not know. 

'I'm not from the ghetto, sorry,' Shell retorts.  

According to the New York Post, the incident occurred on April 6, 2018, around midnight at the Midtown hotel. 

After launching multiple racial slurs at Shell, Rajacic allegedly struck the receptionist in the face with her cell phone and spit on her during the incident, according to a lawsuit filed by Shell in the Manhattan Supreme Court.

Rajacic was arrested over the incident and convicted of third-degree assault. 

Once Rajacic was released from jail, the hotel reportedly gave her a free night's stay. 

That prompted Shell to quit her job. 

'I told them I could no longer work there, because my safety is no longer important to them,' Shell told the Post. 

Management of the City Club Hotel has denied Shell's allegations. 

Shell is suing for unspecified damages.
