WATCH: ‘Meet the Press’ Host Chuck Todd LOSES HIS MIND When Sen. Ron Johnson Brings Up Strzok/Page Texts

Meet the Press host Chuck Todd absolutely lost his mind during Sunday’s episode when Senator Ron Johnson brought up the text messages between disgraced former FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

The explosive exchange took place when Todd asked Sen. Johnson about President Donald Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president. The Wisconsin Republican senator responded by asking the host to ask John Brennan, who also appeared on Sunday’s show, what Strzok meant with his “leaking like mad” text to Page.

“I have no idea why Fox News propaganda stuff is popping up on here,” Todd fumed. “I have no idea.”
“Because this is underlining exactly why President Trump is upset, and why his supporters are upset, with the news media!” Johnson fired back.
Strzok, who’s text exchanges with Page appeared to show plans to undermine Trump’s election, was the lead investigator of the Clinton emails inquiry. He was also the one who opened the Trump-Russia investigation.
In December of 2018, the Office of Inspector General released a partially redacted report describing their investigation into the recovery of text messages from Strzok and his mistress Page. Messages sent by Strzok to his lover called Trump an “idiot” in August 2015 and texted “God Hillary should win 100,000,000 – 0.”
In August 2016, after Page asked Strzok, “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”, Strzok responded, “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.”
According to the IG report, the text messages sent between Page and Strzok about the Mueller probe were “lost” because their phones were conveniently reset to “factory settings” by someone in the DOJ. In other words, Mueller’s team obstructed justice when they deleted the Strzok-Page text messages and scrubbed their phones.
