It is a peak into a dystopian future taken from the pages of Revelation in The Bible, but NBC is promoting it like a great thing.
NBC Nightly News went to Sweden to sing the praises of new technology that has tens of thousands in the nation implanted with a microchip.
The chip, which is implanted in the hand of the user, is used as car keys, identification and as a means to purchase goods and services.
For those unfamiliar, the Book of Revelation speaks about the mark of the beast being implanted in the forehead or the hand and those who do not have the mark will not be able to purchase goods or services.
They say it is voluntary, and that is how most of these things start, but one could easily imagine a future where these implants are mandatory for survival.
“When Elias Broberger goes to work, he doesn’t need id, and he doesn’t need money. In fact, much of what he needs to get through the day is hidden right there, just below the surface in his hand,” the reporter said.
“Embedded in his hand is a microchip that serves as his keys, id and wallet,” she said of the microchip that is around the size of a grain of rice.
“The process is simple and swift. A pinch of the skin, and in a matter of seconds, the chip is inserted. The transformation is complete,” she said.
Painless that is unless, as Christians like myself believe, taking the chip would cost you an eternity in Heaven with God.
“In the vision, all those who worshipped the image received a mark on their right hand or forehead. This mark was the name of the beast or a number representing the name (Revelation 13:16).”
“In the vision of the messages to the seven churches of Asia, Jesus had promised to write upon every one of his followers his new and heavenly name (Revelation 3:12-18 cf Revelation 14:1). Not to be outdone, the beast writes his own name upon those who follow him.”
“We cannot wear both names, nor can we reject both names. We must choose our mark —either the name of God and his kingdom, or the name of the beast and his kingdom. We are citizens in one or the other.”
Not everyone in Sweden, or in other parts of the world, think this new technology is a good idea and many see the Biblical significance.
“Feel less human. I will feel like a robot, I think. There are so more that can go into this and it’s in your body,” one Swedish person who is not enamored with the idea said.
The Mark of the Beast is upon us. Sweden is inserting microchips under the hand’s skin. With the microchip, they no longer have to carry cash; access electronic data; and open office & car doors. The microchip is voluntary but the time will come when it will be mandated. Say No!

I just heard the scariest thing on the news going on in Sweden. People are putting microchips in their hand to use for like credit cards and as an ID. That's like some Armageddon shit. I'm not going to the land of my ancestors. That's going too far. The mark of the beast.

...read all scriptures about the 'mark of the beast.' Read the books of Daniel & Revelation especially, for those 2 include end-time prophesies.
This little microchip could very well be a modernized version of the 'mark of the beast.'
It's already available in Sweden...
