A Georgia cop has come under fire after he grabbed at a black woman while she was holding her baby and wrestled her to the ground with her pants around her ankles.
The shocking altercation was partially caught on camera by the Convington officer's bodycam, as well as cell phone video from a witness who was driving by during the incident.
It all began when Breona Bell, 21, called police on Thursday afternoon because she was locked out of her car.
In the bodycam footage, an officer approaches Bell and, after asking her a few questions, tells her she has outstanding warrants for probation violation.

'I see the police just manhandling this lady and her pants are down,' Dennis told CBS 46. 'The police just grabbed her, and just slammed her, like a wrestling match or something.'
'That wasn't even professional, that was brutality,' he added. 'She was screaming, she was screaming...it sounded like a horror movie.'
'Everybody needs to see that, it could've been them.'
During the video, Bell's friend can be heard repeatedly yelling at the officer over the fact that he is continuing to wrestle her while she is half-naked in broad daylight.
'That is a whole female and you got her with her clothes down!' she screams. 'How you got her out here with no clothes on!'
The officer can be heard screaming at Bell to give him her hands while one of children continues to cry out 'Mama' in the background.

'The officer continued to give verbal instructions, but Ms Bell failed to cooperate,' the department's statement read.

The officer then put his bodycam back on, with the footage showing one of Bell's children screaming for his mother out the window of her friend's car.
Bell's grandfather then comes out of his nearby home and asks the officer what's going on. The officer tells him Bell was 'trying to fight us'.
'We were trying not to do that in front of the kids,' he adds.
'That was just ridiculous what y'all just did,' her friend tells the officer.
The officer then tells Bell's grandfather and friend that she had outstanding warrants for probation violations for a shoplifting and traffic offense.
'She was holding the baby so I was trying to get her to find somebody to take the kids,' he later tells another officer on the scene.
'She was trying to get back in the car and shut the door on me. She might have gotten a little scraped up when I put her on the ground.'
The other officer then goes to Bell, who tells him that the cop had slapped her on the ground.
Convington Police said Bell was checked out by paramedics before she was taken to Newton County Detention Center.
In addition to her outstanding warrants, she was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of an officer and cruelty to children.
