A Delaware trooper was caught on video pulling a gun on an unarmed black man during a traffic stop last Thursday.
In the clip, Mack Buckley is seen sitting in his car waiting on the officer to come over to his vehicle.
'Out of the car,' the officer orders Buckley, who tells the officer that he's not getting out
'No, no, no. You cannot, you cannot pull me out of this...' Buckley tells the officer just seconds before the trooper pulled out his weapon.
The officer is heard telling Buckley that 'I'm not f**king with you,' as he pointed the gun at him.
'Why are you pulling the gun on me?' Buckley yelled at the officer before throwing his phone into his seat and putting his hands in the air.
During the incident, Buckley repeatedly asks the officer why he pulled the gun on him as the trooper continued to tell him to unbuckle his seat belt and get out the car.
'Stop reaching for sh*t,' the officer told Buckley, who attempted to grab his phone.
The chaotic scene continued to unfold with the officer and Buckley yelling at one another as Buckley questioned the need for the gun.
Buckley was subsequently arrested and charged with resisting arrest and several traffic violations, according to Delaware Online.
It's unclear why Buckley was stopped and authorities said they are investigating the incident.
Delaware State Police said 'the video is currently under review'.
Buckley shared the video on his Facebook page. It has been viewed more than 4,000 times and has more than 100 shares.
He also shared his account of the incident on his Instagram page.
'First off... I'm not a wanted person. I'm not on probation. 2nd... at the time of the stop I was not a suspect in any crime or offense,' Buckley wrote.
He said he was 'allegedly pulled over for speeding, but pulled over 2 miles from where I was allegedly speeding at'.
Buckley said he was driving his mother's vehicle at the time of his arrest.
'I am a human being... with rights... not a suspect. And it's disturbing that people would look at me and label me a suspect because I got pulled over by the police or the tone of my skin,' the father-of-three added.
Buckley is the founder and co-owner of Grynde Hawse, LLC and Print 25 Apparel.
He's also a self-published author.
No further information was available from police and authorities did not release the identity of the officer.
But Buckley said the officer in the video was Corp O'Neil of Troop 7 in Lewes, Delaware.
The incident occurred in the Slaughter Neck neighborhood of Sussex County, Delaware.

  1. Let's see, what kind of people are they who have snuck up on the Police and murdered a few of them lately? What kind of people have access to guns, unregistered guns, and, use them, like in Chicago, etc., like there is no tomorrow, killing mostly their own people, but, then a gun, kills whatever it is pointed at.
So, you bleeding hearts unaware of the true statistics, press blackouts, and all that dirty, underhanded, crap, the MSM does, if you really knew the potential for dying you, would probably shoot first and ask questions later.
So far the Police for the vast most part are courteous, but cautious, if you don't want you head pushed down, like you are a snake, don't be snake and tell your others not to be a snake.
Yeah, set my people free, to rob and rape and kill, check the stats, always consider what is he sitting on, what is in the seat I cannot see, yeah, excuse me Sir, but, I need for you, to get out of the car, and, please, keep your hand's where I can see them.
Like the white guy 'HiImpactflix' has been crying about, the Policeman was very courteous, the guy looked tough, the Policeman asked him to not put his feet out of the car, to keep his arms and hands in the car, which the man could have easily done, but, no, the tattooed up, tough guy, starts fraying about and hollering about: I, ain't done nothing, even as the look of it was screaming -YET!
As much as I dislike men strutting around in uniforms, guns, mace, and tasers, on their belts, and too many are a-holes, for sure, still, the incident has its own nature and that is what we should consider first. When men, showing off or thinking hey, I am protected by a piece of paper, under glass, in the District of Columbia, a Rothschild Corporation, since 1871. A piece of paper, that really has nothing to do with them or the way they are treated, since they unlike the Police are citizens, the Police being programmed to think they are people, like in we, the people, and against the citizens. A bad situation is always waiting for the right moment to happen.
Just do, exactly as the Police ask you to do, right off, ask, am I doing this right, are you happy by my attitude, my conduct, what can I do to insure you are comfortable dealing with me and please, know, I appreciate you and the job you do for us citizens. So easy, so much money you will save, after all you won't have to pay for a Queens Rabbi, uh, Lawyer, or, stand in front of that gold fringed flag, and your family won't have to mourn your passing, win, win, all the way around. Just, try it, you'll be amazed how well being courteous works.

  3. ...sorry chump...I was raised in a family of corrupt law enforcement, and I beat US DoD in a Federal Whistle Blower case over two decades. I know corruption, and this cop had no need to pull his gun on anyone. If he is that much of a pussy, go work for Baskin Robbins. You should get off your knees for corrupt cops and corrupt government, except you probably benefit from the corruption personally.

  4. Your lack of education, composure and character really shows here. You watched the video I suppose, the Policeman was courteous and patient, like most are. Sure, there are a few bad apples here and there, for the most part though, I think the Police are understanding.
By the way, you should be careful how you address people on the Internet, you never know.
