The smuggling of cars has been a widespread problem in China since 1980s and it reminded an arms race between the authorities and the smugglers. That’s when smugglers leveled up their game with ASB, the ultimate smuggling boat known as the Armored Stealth Boat. Its length is 14.5 meters, overall height is 4.1 meter and its maximum speed is of more than 50kt. The boat is powered with 6 x 200hp gasoline engines (from jet skis) driving waterjets (four with thrust reversers). ASB is has angled sides to prevent boarding.
