Unlike small businesses across America that have been forced to either significantly downsize or shutter their doors as a result of authoritarian dictates by elected and unelected officials, the CCP virus pandemic has been a boondoggle for big pharma companies like Pfizer.
In the first half of the year, Pfizer Inc. and Moderna Inc. reported collective sales of $17.2 billion for their vaccines, but both are expected to report higher third-quarter totals in the coming week, a collective $18 billion.
Barrons– Pfizer reported $13 billion in revenue of the Covid-19 vaccine, blowing past the $10.9 billion FactSet consensus estimate. Pfizer (ticker: PFE) said it now expects Covid-19 vaccine revenue of $36 billion this year, up from its previous estimate of $33.5 billion.
Instead of keeping a low profile, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, who is arguably the most vocal big pharma CEO on the topic of the multi-billion dollar COVID jab industry, is calling people who spread misinformation about the COVID jab, “criminals.”
MSN reports – People who spread misinformation on Covid-19 vaccines are “criminals” and have cost “millions of lives,” Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said Tuesday.
Speaking with Washington D.C.-based think tank Atlantic Council, Bourla said there is a “very small” group of people that purposefully circulate misinformation on the shots, misleading those who are already hesitant about getting vaccinated.
“Those people are criminals,” he told Atlantic Council CEO Frederick Kempe. “They’re not bad people. They’re criminals because they have literally cost millions of lives.”
“They’re not bad people” but they’re also “criminals?” That’s rich coming from a guy who’s the CEO of a pharmaceutical company that’s making money hand over fist on vaccines that are being used as a tool to threaten the jobs of American citizens unless they comply, and agree to an injection of his company’s vaccine.

Curiously, Bourla didn’t have a comment about the misinformation spread by Dr. Anthony Fauci about the CCP virus, including masks, social distancing, or the origin of the vaccine.
This morning, at the risk of being labeled a “criminal” by the big pharma kingpin, Open VAERS shared the latest stunning data on the government website that allows users to report vaccine injury and death. To date, a stunning 18,078 deaths tied to COVID vaccines have been reported in the United States on the VAERS website, with 88,910 COVID vaccine-related hospitalizations and 10,721 reports of Bells Palsy.
Will pharmaceutical companies be held responsible for any of the deaths or injuries related to their COVID jabs, Mr. Bourla? Of course, that’s a rhetorical question, as we all know Mr. Bourla and other vaccine manufacturers are immune to prosecution.

While the Pfizer CEO suggests those who “spread misinformation” about the COVID jab are “criminals, Moderna and Pfizer are protected from lawsuits related to their COVID-19 vaccines through 2024.
According to 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22, “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”
In other words, companies that manufacture vaccines are not liable if someone has an allergic reaction or injury after being vaccinated.
Newsweek – Individuals can file a petition with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to receive compensation if they are found to have been injured by one of the vaccines covered by VICP. According to the Health Resources and Services Administration under HHS, “even in cases in which such a finding is not made, petitioners may receive compensation through a settlement.”
VICP, also known as “vaccine court” has been accepting petitions, also known as claims, since 1988, and has paid about $4.4 billion in overall compensation, according to CNBC.
Curiously, VICP covers vaccines for diseases including human papillomavirus (HPV), measles, mumps, polio, and seasonal influenza, it does not cover any COVID-19 vaccines.
