At a dedication ceremony on Friday at the Dodd Center for Human Rights at the University of Connecticut, Joe Biden spoke about human rights in his foreign policy leaving everyone shocked at his demeanor. Biden appeared unhinged in every way. This is either really bad acting or Biden is losing his marbles.

During his visit to Connecticut, Biden was seen without his mask and just blew it off. He kept shaking hands and speaking to people even though he preaches to everyone else about wearing a mask.
