Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has begun his investigation into the Arizona audit report, sending letters to both Maricopa County and the Arizona Senate.


On Monday, the County received a litigation hold notice requesting the preservation of all documents and data related to the election.

More evidence was requested from the Arizona Senate before Mark Brnovich proceeds with a criminal investigation.

AG Brnovich sent a series of tweets today to assure the Nation that the evidence will be thoroughly reviewed by his office.

This week, my office sent a letter to the Arizona Senate requesting supporting documents from the report released last week.

My office also asked Maricopa County to preserve all documents and data related to the 2020 election.

The Arizona Senate’s report that was released on Friday raises some serious questions regarding the 2020 election.

Arizonans can be assured our office will conduct a thorough review of the information we receive.

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich is requesting additional information from the Arizona Senate regarding the 2020 General Election in Maricopa County.

On Monday afternoon, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Election Integrity Unit (EIU) sent a letter to the Arizona Senate requesting supporting documents from the report released last week. Additionally, the EIU asked Maricopa County to preserve all documents and data related to the 2020 election.

“The Arizona Senate’s report that was released on Friday raises some serious questions regarding the 2020 election,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Arizonans can be assured our office will conduct a thorough review of the information we receive.”

The EIU cannot comment on specific allegations until its review is complete.
