Joe Biden made his booster shot moment into a photo-op with reporters asking questions as they watched. One reporter asked how many Americans need to be vaccinated before America can get back to normal. His answer is shocking.
Biden said 97, 98% need to be vaccinated from COVID before we can get back to normal. He’s not taking into account those Americans who have natural immunity or have religious objections to getting the COVID vaccine. What about children? The chances of a child getting very sick from COVID are very slim. Why vaccinate a group who has very little chance of serious illness?
REPORTER: “How many Americans need to be vaccinated for us to get back to normal?”
BIDEN: “97%, 98%. I think we’ll get awful close. But I’m not the scientist. I think one thing is for certain. A quarter of the country can’t go unvaccinated and us not continue to have a problem.”
