Arizona Senate-led Audit

After Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli issued a formal request to Attorney General Brnovich to investigate Maricopa County’s noncompliance with legislative subpoenas, Maricopa County continued to claim innocence.
Yesterday, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich issued a notice to Maricopa County with a request for a written response from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021.
On Wednesday, Maricopa County tweeted about the previous audits that they performed themselves with “certified, professional auditors”

Maricopa County Tweeted,
Our election professionals and Board members have complied w/Senate demands & supplied everything professional auditors would need to do their job. In fact, you can find results from 2 audits performed by certified companies the County hired here: maricopa.gov/5681/Elections #azaudit

It also appears that the same companies used to audit these machines were the same ones that certify machines are safe to use in the first place. How is this not a conflict of interest?

Extreme leftist Secretary of State Katie Hobbs also shared a tweet featuring a video where Rachel Maddow refers to these “full-on actual recounts” in another classic Maddow meltdown.

Hobbs also blames the Arizona Senate for the lack of confidence in Arizona’s elections and labels this audit an embarrassment.

The audits that were performed on the behalf of the County were not full forensic audits. The “audits” were extremely limited in scope.

  1. Source Code Tests only tested 20% of Election Day Tabulators and 40% of Adjudication Stations. Pro V&V and SLI Compliance found that all software and equipment inspected was using certified software and was not modified.
  2. Malicious Software and Hardware Tests only tested 20% of Election Day Tabulators and 40% of Adjudication Stations. Pro V&V and SLI Compliance found no instances of malicious software or hardware installed on the tabulators or system.

  3. Network Connectivity Tests found no evidence of internet connectivity.
  4. Accuracy Tests found no evidence of vote switching and concluded that the equipment tabulated and adjudicated ballots accurately.

These audits were a joke. The County says that they forensically examined this equipment but did they really?

How could they say there was no evidence of vote switching? The Gateway Pundit previously reported that they did not even check a key component.

The Arizona Senate’s full forensic audit aims to examine everything that the County frauditors failed to look at including all 2.1 million ballots. We are expecting the final report to show a difference in the certified total and the actual total.

The auditors only looked at a fraction of the machines and adjudication stations and after a closer look, more questions need to be answered.

It has been found that many problems happened on election day with the sharpiegate debacle, misprinted ballots and the fact that Trump voters rushed the polls for in-person voting.

More problems were found with ballot adjudication and duplication when ballot serial numbers were discovered to be inconsistent.

The Arizona Senate hearing with audit officials on July 15, left Maricopa County voters with questions that still go unanswered.

Who ran a script with 37,646 queries to delete Windows Security Event Logs prior to February 5th, 2021?

Why do multiple original ballots have the same serial numbers with only one duplicate ballot to correspond?

Why were ballots printed with offsets of up to 3200%?

Why were the same passwords used with different user accounts?

Why were the passwords not changed regularly?

Why doesn’t the certified total match the total sent to the audit?

Why did the other audits not find these issues?

Why did Maricopa County fight tooth and nail against a full forensic audit?

The County’s audit was so limited that SLI Compliance claimed that it must not be used by anyone to claim the 2020 Election results were fine and accurate in Maricopa County, but that is exactly what the Democrats and RINOs did.

SLI Compliance: All evaluation conducted for this engagement has been done outside of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) Test and Certification Program.

This audit did not do much more than the Logic and Accuracy tests which were performed prior to certifying the equipment and after using it.

When is it a good idea to let the auditee audit themselves?
