Douglas Emhoff proved he is his vice president wife's biggest fan as he blew kisses and tapped his heart during Joe Biden's first address to Congress.
The Second Gentleman stole the show at the president's speech Wednesday night as he was caught on camera enthusiastically supporting spouse Kamala Harris as she joined Biden at the podium in the House of Representatives Chamber.
Emhoff was in the audience of the joint session of Congress when Biden pitched his new $1.8 trillion 'human infrastructure plan' and congratulated the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
In the broadcast, he is seen sitting glancing around the room before he looks ahead and seemingly spots his wife entering.

Emhoff made history in January when he became the first Second Gentleman in US history, as the husband of the first female, first black and first Asian-American vice president.
Since then, the entertainment lawyer has proven to be a strong support to his wife and the couple have become known for their public displays of affection.
In an interview with CBS in January, he gushed about his wife as they recounted how they met and fell in love after being set up on a blind date.
'And it was just, I mean, the thing about Doug is that he is exactly who he is. He's just fully authentic and clear about the things he cares about. And it's family, it's his work…,' said Harris.
At this point, Emhoff interjected, saying: 'You.'

This month, Politico reported that Emhoff had undergone something of a rebrand with his name switching from Doug to the more formal Douglas on White House press releases in the lead-up to the inauguration.
Meanwhile, Emhoff's spouse marked another historic moment Wednesday as she and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi flanked Biden inside the Chamber.
This marked the first time in US history that two women were stood behind the president as he delivered his speech.
Biden addressed the momentous moment introducing 'Madam Vice President and Madam Speaker' while Harris and Pelosi greeted each other with an elbow bump.
In his one hour and six minute address, the president was optimistic about the future of America saying the nation was 'on the move again' as he praised the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

'Now - after just 100 days - I can report to the nation: America is on the move again,' Biden said, adding that the US is now 'turning peril into possibility. Crisis into opportunity. Setback into strength.'
He boasted of his administration's success in beating his goal of 100 million vaccines in his first 100 days saying the real figure was more than double.
'We're vaccinating the nation. We're creating hundreds of thousands of jobs,' he said.
'We're delivering real results people can see and feel in their own lives.'
Biden also took aim at his predecessor saying he had 'inherited a nation in crisis' with the pandemic and calling the January 6 Capitol riot the 'worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.'

He touted his plans to spend $2.3 trillion on his infrastructure plan and another $1.8 trillion for his 'American Families Plan,' saying the American system of government is at stake.
'We have to prove democracy still works, that our government still works and we can deliver for our people,' he said.
He also spoke of racial justice one week on from the conviction of white ex-cop Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd and called on Congress to pass the police reform bill and to also help root out systemic racism in housing, education and public health.
'We have all seen the knee of injustice on the neck of Black America,' Biden said. 'Now is our opportunity to make real progress.'
