Wisconsin prosecutors are seeking a new arrest warrant for Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, 18, claiming that he broke the conditions of his bail by moving houses and lambasting his 'carefree attitude.'
Court documents filed with Judge Bruce Schroeder show that prosecutors essentially cannot find Rittenhouse, claiming in the warrant application that his address is 'false and the defendant no longer resides there.'
Prosecutors are also seeking to increase his bond by $200,000.

Rittenhouse, an Illinois teen charged with shooting three people and killing two of them, was released from custody in November after posting a posted $2million bail - paid for by conservative groups.
'Rarely does our community see accused murderers roaming about freely. As a result, the defendant's bond requires him to update the Court in writing within 48 hours of any change of address or telephone number,' the motion reads, according to WITI.
Prosecutors noted that a Circuit Court clerk had mailed a notice to his home in Antioch, Illinois on December 22 but that notice was returned unclaimed on January 28.
The U.S. Postal Service noted with the return that the delivery was 'attempted not known,' meaning that the letter was delivered but returned into the mail stream because the recipient didn't match the one currently living at the address.

The postal service noted that it was 'unable to forward' the notice to another address, reads the document obtained by WISN-TV.
Kenosha Police Detectives Benjamin Antaramian and Martin Howerd travelled to the address, where they spoke with a man named Aiden Earl.
'[Earl] stated that he has resided there since December 14, 2020 on a rental lease which began on December 15, 2020,' the document reads.
Earl produced a utility bill with his name and the address on it and told cops that Rittenhouse no longer lives at the address.
Rittenhouse failed to provide the court with a new address, a violation of the conditions of his bond.
Prosecutors also noted that the bond increase is being requested because Rittenhouse appears to have 'minimal incentive to comply with his bond conditions.'
'It is important to note that the $2 million came from a dubious Internet fundraising campaign, and the defendant and his family did not post any money toward that bond,' the document reads.

'As a result, the defendant is free from custody with minimal incentive to comply with his bond conditions.'
Prosecutors noted that Rittenhouse posted none of his own money for his release and 'so he has no financial stake in the bond.'
'He is already facing the most serious possible criminal charges and life in prison, so in comparison, potential future criminal penalties are insignificant,' the document reads.
'Indeed, the defendant has already demonstrated his carefree attitude by going to a bar immediately after his arraignment on January 5, 2021 and drinking 3 beers in the company of known "Proud Boys" while flashing white supremacist signs and wearing a 'Free as (expletive)' shirt.'
Rittenhouse is accused of fatally shooting Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz during a demonstration August 25 that followed the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha.
Former NYPD Blue actor Ricky Schroeder and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell helped stump up the cash to free him along with other supporters.
Attorney Lin Wood shared a photo of Rittenhouse alongside Schroeder just hours after he was free and captioned it 'FREE AT LAST!!!'
Before the lawyer's account was banned by Twitter, he also tweeted: 'Just off phone with Kyle. With tears in my eyes, I listened as he expressed thanks to The People for your prayers, donations & support. He prayed every day & night & said God lifted him up every time he fell. Kyle is a hero. So are his supporters. Keep him in your prayers.'
Rittenhouse told police he was attacked while he was guarding a business and that he fired in self-defense.
He faces multiple charges, including intentional homicide, reckless endangerment and being a minor in possession of a firearm. Wisconsin law doesn’t permit minors to carry or possess a gun unless they’re hunting.
Rittenhouse pleaded not guilty to seven charges in January and his trial is slated to start on March 29.
