James O’Keefe III has been denied his Constitutional right to bear arms, so he’s suing the FBI for wrongly placing him on the convicted felon list.
The FBI has erroneously put him on the NICS Background Check System as a convicted felon. He’s not.
O’Keefe attempted to purchase firearms at several New York gun stores, only to be told he couldn’t complete the transactions:
“Are you James O’Keefe?”
“The FBI has you on some list…”
O’Keefe filed a lawsuit against the FBI:
