An attorney has claimed BLM protesters outside his St Louis mansion were armed and told him which rooms they would take over after he and his wife were killed.
Mark McCloskey and his wife Patricia have been charged with aiming a gun at the protesters marching past their home in an upscale neighborhood.
Mr McCloskey told Fox News: 'The media is reporting this as a peaceful protest and everybody keeps playing the same 32-second clip or little tiny bits of a 32-second clip of an event that went on for 12 or 15 minutes.'
He said in the interview that protestors told him 'what rooms of his house they were going to take over after they had killed them'.
Lawyers Mark and Patricia McCloskey were seen brandishing an AR-15 and a handgun at protesters marching past their mansion in an upscale St. Louis neighborhood on June 28.
Mr McCloskey added: 'Later that same night that same crowd out in front of Mayor Krewson's house, one of them produced an AK-47 and actually challenged a Channel 5 reporter and she and her armed guard had to flee.'
He told host Sean Hannity that it emerged yesterday 'police had footage of the weapons' and then added he 'saw the weapons at the time'.
The protesters were en route to Mayor Lyda Krewson's home to demand her resignation after she released the names and addresses of residents who had suggested defunding the police department.
They had broken their way into the gated community where the McCloskeys live.

In the footage from around 6pm on June 28, demonstrators chanted 'Let's Go' as they walked past Mark and Patricia McCloskey's home. The couple patrolled back and forth at their front door.
Patricia McCloskey, 61, is seen moving closer to the protesters speaking to them as some stand and argue back.
Other demonstrators are heard shouting at everyone to 'Go' as the woman continues waving her handgun at them from her front lawn and Mr McCloskey watched from the front door with his rifle.

When asked why this hadn't been released publicly, Mr McCloskey said he didn't know.
On July 19, Mr McCloskey said that he could face charges in the case.
St. Louis police confirmed they were called to Portland Place at around 7.20pm on June 28 for an incident involving trespassing and assault 4th intimidation after the McCloskeys issued a 'call for help'.

'The victims stated they were on their property when they heard a loud commotion coming from the street. When the victims went to investigate the commotion, they observed a large group of subjects forcefully break an iron gate marked with “No Trespassing” and “Private Street” signs,' police said.
'Once through the gate, the victims advised the group that they were on a private street and trespassing and told them to leave. The group began yelling obscenities and threats of harm to both victims.
'When the victims observed multiple subjects who were armed, they then armed themselves and contacted police. The investigation is ongoing.'
Kimberly Gardner, circuit attorney in St. Louis, announced shortly after the June incident that her office and the St. Louis Police Department would be conducting an investigation into the McCloskeys' display of firearms.
On July 10 the McCloskeys' home was searched, and Mr McCloskey's AR-15 assault rifle was seized.
Arrangements were also made to turn over the handgun wielded by Mrs McCloskey.
