HERE WE GO: Dem Rep. Swalwell: Impeaching President Trump Over Roger Stone is Not ‘Off the Table’ (VIDEO)

Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell told CNN’s Jake Tapper that impeaching President Trump over intervening on Roger Stone’s excessive sentencing is ‘not off the table.’
Swalwell said Trump ‘didn’t learn any lessons from impeachment’ so now he’s working to ‘corrupt the Justice Department.’
“We had an emergency meeting today on the Judiciary Committee to decide what’s next so we’re going to bring in the Attorney General in, we’re also going to conduct oversight of what’s going on with Stone sentencing,” Swalwell said, conceding that Trump has the authority to just pardon Stone.
AG Barr is scheduled to testify before the Judiciary Committee on March 31st and Dems want answers on Stone, Jessie Liu and Giuliani.
Federal Prosecutors on Monday recommended Trump confidante Roger Stone serve 7-9 years in prison for process crimes during the Mueller witch hunt.
Mueller’s prosecutors lied to the DOJ during a briefing about Roger Stone’s sentencing memo.
So in a rare move, the Department of Justice backed down from its abusive sentencing recommendation for Roger Stone.

“Might you impeach him over this — over Roger Stone and the sentencing?” Jake Tapper asked.
“You know, we’re not going to take our options off the table. We don’t wake up in the morning wanting to impeach him…” Swalwell said.
And how exactly does Trump’s DOJ refiling a sentencing memo rise to the level of an impeachable offense of high crimes and misdemeanors?
