IMPEACH DONALD TRUMP AD WILL AIR ON FOX NEWS TO 'GET TRUMP AND D.C. REPUBLICANS' ATTENTION'

A television ad by a campaign pushing to impeach President Donald Trump will air on Trump's favorite cable news channel, Fox News, in Washington, D.C., to get his and Republicans' attention.
Need to Impeach campaign spokesman Will Simons confirmed to Newsweek on Thursday that a minute-long ad would run on the conservative-leaning network's Fox & Friends show on Friday and Monday, as Politico initially reported.
"Placing the ad on Fox & Friends in D.C. is definitely designed to get Trump and D.C. Republicans' attention," Simons said in an email.
The ad, named "Committing Crimes," features billionaire Democratic donor and Need to Impeach founder Tom Steyer pointing out Trump's alleged criminal behavior and calling on Democrats and Republicans alike to remove him from office.
"Right now, Donald Trump is committing crimes in the open," Steyer says in the ad. "He's sided with dictators against the United States. And made money from wealthy, foreign interests trying to influence Trump administration decisions."
Steyer says special counsel Robert Mueller's report "identified multiple instances of obstruction of justice." While Mueller did not draw a conclusion on whether Trump obstructed justice, he pointedly did not exonerate him of it.
"America will move forward as soon as leaders stop acting on their own interests, start leveling with voters—and do what's right," Steyer concludes.

Need to Impeach spent about $700,000 to run the ad on Fox News in Washington, D.C., only, on CNN and MSNBC nationally and on cable networks in Iowa and New Hampshire.
Fox News' national network has refused to air Need to Impeach ads in the past. Steyer said Fox News abruptly declined his campaign's ad on October 31, 2017.
"Due to the strong negative reaction to their ad by our viewers, we could not in good conscience take their money," Fox News co-president Jack Abernethy said in a statement at the time.
A lawyer for Steyer's team accused Fox News of having "capitulated to political pressure from the Trump administration itself."
"It is no coincidence that the Cancellation of the Advertisement, in the second week of its run came on the heels of a tweet from President Trump, criticizing the spot and Mr. Steyer personally," Steyer's counsel Brad Deutsch wrote in a letter to Abernethy.

  2. Saw an ad on The History Channel about this. Could not believe it. As much as I enjoy THC, f*ck it. They lost my interest. Why do they air such ads? MONEY..

  3. I suggest that some conservative person with advertising experience start a GoFundMe to create a series of "Indict and Convict Hillary" ads. Of course the same could be said about any number of Liberals -- Obama, Biden, etc., etc.

  4. They are that desperate. Trump is winning. Now, if he would tell Israel to f*ck off he would have my full support.

  5. Hey doodaa! No argument on that! Yes, that might be a major problem -- but there may be a way around that. I hope someone can correct me or elucidate more details, but I think that some states, maybe all, have rules that FCC licensed broadcasters must treat all political campaign advertising the same. In other words, if you are a legitimate candidate for elected office, the stations must run your advertisements at comparable rates to other candidates. If I am right on that, maybe some candidate could combine the "indict Hillary" message as part of their campaign platform. "If I am elected I will urge the Justice Department to investigate and call a Grand Jury with the purpose of indicting Hillary Clinton!" Not sure if that would work, but maybe someone can educate me on that.

  6. Forget impeaching:
CAUSE: the disclosure of $177MILLION (that we know of) with which Sheldon Adelson BRIBED Trump and the Republicans ....
EFFECT: Trump has diverted American resources to granting Sheldon Adelson's every wish for a FOREIGN nation.
EFFECT: Trump has NOT fulfilled his DUTY and Promises to the American People as he has focused on Israel.
EFFECT: Trump is attempting to embroil this Nation in a foreign war for Israel that is NOT in America's best interests, through blatant LIES.
The only things keeping us out war right now has been the incompetent BUMBLING of the CIA/MOSSAD provocations.
Scuba divers did not LEAP 12 feet out of the water to plant a 90lb Limpet mine.
The drone wreckage did not fly 20 miles onto Iranian land after being shot down.
CURE: Trump, Adelson, Kushner need to go on trial for treason.

  7. The Main Stream Media(MSM)is tightly controlled by a very few people. "They"(the talking heads wanna' be movies stars but are too dam dumb) are well paid to not voice their own opinions but say what they are told to say. Check out Don Lemon or any talking head on CNN, MSNBC, etc. I like your idea but it will not be allowed at this point. The career politicians have been ripping us off with immunity for years and now someone is in Office that wants to curtail it. That is why they a desperate to get rid of Trump in order to keep their gravy train. Life was great for the career politicians until Trump came along.
