WATCH: Female Reporter Kissed On-Air By Boxer After Fight. Now She's Hired Gloria Allred.

In a post-match interview that went viral, a female sports reporter was kissed on the mouth by Bulgarian heavyweight champion Kubrat Pulev. Now the journalist has hired a heavyweight of her own: controversial "women's rights" attorney Gloria Allred.

On Thursday, Allred announced that she'll be representing Vegas Sports Daily reporter Jennifer Ravalo, AKA Jenny Sushe. The celebrity attorney described her client in an email as the reporter “who was suddenly kissed on the lips without her consent,” according to The New York Post.
Ravalo was interviewing Pulev in California after he knocked out Bogdan Dinu of Romania when the hyped boxer planted a kiss on Ravalo's mouth. The stunned reporter laughed off the kiss on-air, though she later described the incident on Twitter as "embarrassing" and "strange."
Pulev, 37, took to Twitter in the days following the “most commented kiss in the world” to explain that he is friends with Ravalo and the two, along with others, celebrated his win that night.
“You may have seen a clip of me kissing a female reporter after I won my fight on Saturday night,” his statement posted to social media said. “The reporter, Jenny, is actually a friend of mine, and after the interview, I was so elated, I gave her a kiss.”
“Later that night, she joined me and my other friends at my post-fight celebration. On that video, after our kiss, we both laughed about it and thanked each other. There really is nothing more to this,” he added.
Vegas Sports Daily released a statement announcing that they are “investigating" the incident and offering their support for Ravalo.
“On March 23, 2019 following the match between Kubrat Pulev and Bodgan Dinu, one of our contributors, Jenny Sushe was the victim of an unwanted, unexpected and unsolicited forceful kiss by Kubrat Pulev as she was attempting to conduct an interview with him following the match,” the statement said. “We are working around the clock with Jenny Sushe, and Pulev’s management team to further investigate the matter and determine appropriate steps/actions following this unfortunate event.”
The outlet underscored that they value “the safety and well-being of our contributors above any ratings, clicks and revenue.”
“We pride ourselves on providing journalists who share our love of sports and quality content the platform and space to do a job they love, free of abuse or harassment,” it stated.
Vegas Sports Daily described the kiss as “completely blindsiding and unwarranted,” noting that they “share in her shock, hurt, embarrassment and general outrage.”
“Vegas Sports Daily prides itself on being a platform that advocates for and values women and their contribution to our publication and the sports industry itself,” the statement said, adding: “We stand firmly behind Ms. Sushe as we continue to resolve this matter.”
