A Planned Parenthood supporter seemingly assaulted an elderly man who was demonstrating his pro-life beliefs. As the younger man kicked the elderly man who was on the ground, he said, "Old man, stay on the ground."

What are the details?

According to Life News, the incident took place earlier in March in front of a San Francisco Planned Parenthood site.
The outlet reports that the elderly man was holding up a pro-life banner during a vigil on the streets when the Planned Parenthood supporter reportedly approached the man and took the banner.
The 85-year-old pro-life demonstrator, according to the outlet, attempted to stop the Planned Parenthood supporter from leaving with his banner by sticking a wooden flag pole into the spokes of his bicycle.
This apparently infuriated the younger demonstrator, who pushed the elderly man onto the ground and began kicking him and threatening him with violence. In the video, the younger demonstrator can be heard saying, "Old man, stay on the ground. Stay on the ground, old man, unless you wanna get hurt."
Life News reported that the alleged attacker has had run-ins with protesters before. The unnamed man reportedly accosted other pro-life demonstrators and "knocked two men to the ground" during another incident, and "threw a sign, table, and pro-life literature into the street."

What did the senior counsel say?

Life Legal senior counsel Allison Aranda, who is representing the elderly victim, told the outlet in a statement that her client will not stand for this type of behavior.
"The vicious attack against our elderly client is intolerable," Aranda said. "We will pursue all legal avenues to see that justice is served and that the freedom to speak freely on the sidewalk without threat of physical violence is protected no matter the message."
Aranda added, "As a former prosecutor, I trust that the San Francisco District Attorney's office will pursue all legal charges against the perpetrator and bring him to justice."

Life Legal Executive Director Alexandra Snyder added, "We are appalled by this brazen assault against an elderly man who was simply exercising his First Amendment rights on a public sidewalk. Life Legal will not sit by and allow the escalation of violence to continue, and we are working to ensure that pro-life advocates are protected and that perpetrators are brought to justice."
